Orders and Shipping

Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes between 5-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Creating an account with Olee Sleep is simple! Follow these steps:

  1. Visit our website and click on the “Sign Up” or “Account” link at the top of the page.
  2. Fill in your name, email address, and a password of your choice.
  3. Complete the registration, and you’ll be able to manage your orders, save shipping information, and track your purchases.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@oleesleep.net. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your order leaves our facility.

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your order’s journey. Simply visit the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, etc.) and enter the tracking number to get real-time updates.

For your security and privacy, we do not store your credit card information. When you make a purchase, we use secure payment processors to handle your transaction. Your credit card details are only stored temporarily during the checkout process and are not saved by Olee Sleep after your purchase is completed.

Sales tax is charged based on the applicable laws in your location. During the checkout process, the correct sales tax will be calculated and applied if necessary, based on your shipping address.

We currently ship to a wide range of countries. To check if we ship to your location, simply enter your shipping address during checkout, and our system will notify you if we can deliver to your country. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us at contact@oleesleep.net for assistance.

Most of the time, your order will be shipped in one package. However, depending on the size and weight of the items you’ve ordered, they may arrive in multiple packages. You will receive tracking information for each package if your order is split into multiple shipments.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Olee Sleep purchase. Our 30-day return policy allows you to return most items if you’re not happy with them. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@oleesleep.net with your order number and reason for return. For more details, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.

If you received the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately at contact@oleesleep.net with your order number, a description of the item you received, and photos if possible. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you get the correct product.

We’re sorry if your order arrived damaged. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@oleesleep.net. Provide your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description of the issue. We will assist you in getting a replacement or processing a refund.

Once your return is authorized, we’ll provide you with the return instructions, including the return address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization. For the return address or any additional return questions, please reach out to us at contact@oleesleep.net.

If you realize you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@oleesleep.net. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll be happy to make changes. If it’s already on its way, we may not be able to modify the address, but we can provide you with tracking information so you can contact the carrier directly.

Once an order is submitted, it’s processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@oleesleep.net. While we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once the order is processed, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

At this time, we do not offer pre-orders for out-of-stock items. However, if an item is sold out, you can sign up for notifications on the product page, and we’ll inform you as soon as it’s back in stock.
