Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team at contact@oleesleep.net. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please ensure the RA number is included with your returned items.
- Condition of Return: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns if the product has been damaged or used beyond normal wear and tear.
Refunds
Once your return is processed and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note the following exceptions:
- Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee for certain items, including large furniture or custom orders.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@oleesleep.net. We will assist you with either a replacement or a full refund. Be sure to include pictures of the damage or defect, along with your order number, in your initial communication.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Mattresses or bedding that have been used or opened
- Custom or personalized products
